About Me
Becoming a mother changed my world in ways I would have never imagined. In 2017, when my firstborn was almost two, I decided to step away from my decade-long corporate career. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I had long been disassociated with myself and having my daughter brought me back into my body and ignited a spiritual awakening within me that guided me back to myself and gave me the opportunity to course correct my path in alignment with what my soul came here to do: be a mother who offers unconditional love and support to her children and a healer that offers unconditional love and support to her clients.
My awakening has been a daily commitment to healing my own wounding, trauma, limiting beliefs, and societal conditioning. I have shape-shifted my inner world from one of anxiety, overwhelm and self-judgement to peace, joy, and ease. This journey, combined with my intuitive gifts, energy healing modalities, and background in business and psychology gives me a unique perspective that I infuse into every coaching and healing experience I create.
I believe our single most important job is to heal ourselves. Our hearts are crying out for help, yearning to guide us with their unconditional love and infinite wisdom, and it is time that we answer their call. I would love to help guide you back to your heart in a way that restores you and helps you remember your true power in this world, your beautiful light that wants to be woven throughout all facets of your life. I am an intuitive soul coach, energy healer, and spiritual teacher. I am passionate about guiding women back to wholeness by way of the heart. I work with many modalities in my practice including Reiki, Angelic Healing, Christ Consciousness, sound healing, breathwork, and oracle card readings. I am also the Founder and Designer of Honey + Quartz, a soulful statement jewelry brand that celebrates the connection between fashion, creative expression and healing.
